Everything Ho Chu said below. Calling to schedule an appointment is the most frustrating thing ever. I would rather have 10 Colonoscopies and a root canal than have to try to schedule an appointment with VRI. Once you go in for imaging, they are professional and fast, but trying to talk to their scheduler is unprofessional and frustrating.
I spent TWO (2) hours on March 30, 2023, attempting to schedule a follow-up Mammogram to no avail. I called the number on the appointment slip VRI gave me: 408-283-9179. After waiting for an hour and eight (8) minutes, I finally got someone on the line and was transferred to another number 408-297-4591. I was told to try this second number first next time I want to schedule an appointment. VRI needs to trash/recycle their outdated appointment form!!!!!!!!
