Just the Best! Didn't wait for more than 10 minutes. Everyone was nice. In and out for an MRI in 30 minutes. Went next door to Suite 100 for a Cat-scan that only took 10 minutes. Everything just next door to each other in the same building. Great.
Treats patients very poorly, staff is rude and verbally attacked multiple patients in the two hours I was waiting to get an x ray after I already had waiting an hour in urgent care just to get the form to get an x ray.
I saw Maria at the VR on 2nd avenue in Escondido. She was thorough, friendly, and patient. Really nice tech. The ladies at the front desk were equally as friendly. They had a lot of clients coming in and out and they addressed each one’s they came in and when they left.
These reviews nearly had me running to get my referral changed to a different provider but I’m honestly glad I stuck with it. I came here for an MRI. Scheduling: I called to make the appointment and waited on hold for about 5-7 minutes. Then a gentleman answered and assisted me in setting the closest appointment date. I’ll admit I was a bit discouraged that they were scheduling 2 months out (yes my doctor put it in as urgent) but that seems to be the case with all places here in SD county because I had similar scheduling del... read more
I have taken both my parents different days and times and never had a bad experience. Great receptionist, great help, polite workers, time never waited that long, took my father here for multiple things and for my mom a mammogram.
