We were told there would be a 40 minute wait, so I let the front desk know I was stepping across the street to grab food with my 84 year old grandmother and that we would be back well before our turn. When we returned, our sign in slip had been moved aside and we were placed at the bottom of the list, even though there had only been two people ahead of us. This company sucks, I called 6 times in a span of two weeks because they said they’re systems were down. When I finally got threw to set up an appointment on 12/1/2025 for 1/23/26 they all of a sudden don’t take my insurance, this is after they confirmed they did. They called me a day before my appointment, what a joke of a business. Don’t waste your time with them. If I could give 0 stars I would.
My mammogram appointment (in a separate office in the same building suite 100) went great; the staff was friendly and professional, and I was seen quickly. It was also clean and well organized.
I guess I should’ve read these horrid reviews before letting my doctor send a referral here for an ultrasound. I called to make the appointment and was told I’m above the weight limit for their tables. I’ve dealt with a lot of stuff being bigger, but I’ve never been denied imaging or testing because of my weight. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. For how much you’re charging people, it seems it may be time to invest in beds that can accommodate all your patients. You can bet that I will be reporting this to the state board.
