Honestly, I never understood these comments until most recently. They claimed that this place is a joke. I believe that walk-ins are totally OK if you have just an x-ray going on but if you have anything more other than that, I need an appointment I think that’s where stuff gets tricky. If you call in, they will not answer and you have to leave a message. Their system goes down constantly. They book an appointment and then reschedule it on you because they didn’t book it right on their end Or because they just are too fluste... read more

Very disappointing experience with Valley Radiology! I have had a very frustrating experience with them. They cancelled two appointments in a row at the last minute when I was waiting outside. What makes it even worse is that I have had issues with being charged twice for their past services. Appointments and billing should be handled professionally!
