Impressed, without a long chain of transfers only to be put on hold, with being connected to a knowledgeable person regarding my medical issue. Always a positive attitude helpfully answering my questions and generally with good results.
Just started my cancer journey and so far Dr Yordy and all his staff have been very comforting, upfront with what is happening and never made me feel small or insignificant at all. They make every interaction feel like they care and they are here with me on this journey. It's really hard to fully comprehend how important kind, caring and polite staff are until you are the patient. Thank you VRTC for all the help so far

I have never met such an Amazing team, Everyone is so kind, helpful, compassionate, positive, the environment is very Comfortable. Dr. Yordy, Cristina, the Rock star crew who run the machines. I still have 3 weeks left of Treatment, Thank you all for the best service and care.
These guys are very kind and good at what they do. Very kind and thoughtful people that genuinely care, from the receptionist to Dr.Yordy and everyone in between were very friendly and made me feel comfortable during a very hard time.
