You'll sit for hours waiting for a door.. always past your appointment. They could care less but don't worry you won't see anyone as they have online check in
Checked in for 1900 appointment at kiosk in parking lot,assigned door at 2345, they loaded about 4 pallets right away,8 hours later I am still in the door waiting for them to finish loading with no explantion as to the delay,the only response you are going to get from shipping is via text

This Cheese place sucks came to pick up i checked in 3 hours and half before my appointemnt time i came at 05:00 pm app time is 0830 pm i spent twelve hours in the staging area before they called me to a door and they dont call you they just text you so even if you tried to get some sleep you always be thinking what if they text me in the next 30 min or so what NIGHTMARE !!!! DEFINETELY NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE
