We are a family owned business and we have been serving customers throughout Washington, Eastern Oregon and Idaho and Northwestern Montana for over 25 years. I forgot to mention in my last review that our oven light went out early on and you can’t find a replacement bulb. The dishwasher pooped out before even a year was up but they did replace it and that one has lasted. AND when I went to put in tubular skylights, I was amazed to find the trusses are only 2x2 sprayed with foam insulation that stiffens them. We’ve had our home 17 years now. The electric is going to pute. They have outside 4 outlets (2 on the eves and 2 down next to entry doors) AND the bathroom outlets ALL on the same GFI circuit. Sooo, when you plug anything into the eve outlets, it pops the circuit if you try to use the bathroom outlets! Now the kitchen circuit is making our fridge light dim or flutter. Don't own one but have looked at all the models. Impressed with their core construction but the finish work leaves a lot to be desired. Particularly, the cabinets. They boast that they are built in their own custom cabinet shop. However, there is little custom about them. The fit and finish are deplorably poor. From basic joinery to the final stain and sealer they stand out as a major issue stopping me from buying this product.
