I purchased a home from moses lake valley quality Homes a year and half ago they were great in the beginning. Then after all of the paper work was signed is when all of the b.s started I can relate to the person that said it was a traumatic experience they lied to us every step of the way once we finally received our home it has been a shit show since.thats why they only give you a 1 year warranty because they know that is about as long as the house will last they have quite the racket. I forgot to mention in my last review that our oven light went out early on and you can’t find a replacement bulb. The dishwasher pooped out before even a year was up but they did replace it and that one has lasted. AND when I went to put in tubular skylights, I was amazed to find the trusses are only 2x2 sprayed with foam insulation that stiffens them. We’ve had our home 17 years now. The electric is going to pute. They have outside 4 outlets (2 on the eves and 2 down next to entry doors) AND the bathroom outlets ALL on the same GFI circuit. Sooo, when you plug anything into the eve outlets, it pops the circuit if you try to use the bathroom outlets! Now the kitchen circuit is making our fridge light dim or flutter.
