This a review after 3 years. Buying experience was atrocious after the initial downpayment. Maybe they learned about email since then. But the reason im writing a review now is a lot of the promises of a low maintenance home was all BS. About 1/3 of our LED lights have already gone out (and its a weird size that no one carries), the "120 mph" roof had shingles blow off in wind about half that, we've had significant ice daming (everything ive read is this is due to poor insulation, we were also told the snow needs removed if ... read more

It has been a great experience custom building our new home. Just about any option you can think of they will accommodate! We even get to go tour the home where it's being built, when it is a bit closer to being done!! Go visit Daniel, he will make it easy breezy with your custom built dream home!!

Daniel has been an outstanding person to deal with as my wife and I work our way through this process of getting a home on our property. I have worked with several other manufactured home companies and their sales reps, and all have been an absolute nightmare. Daniel has remained simple to get in contact with, very helpful in explaining the ins an outs of the entire process, and supportive of our decisions so far. I highly recommend working with him and Valley Quality Homes if you want a superior home and superior service.
