Counselors have no sense of professionalism, berated me for missing a appointment. Dr Voss kept trying to push pills on me, even after I had a psychotic episode from the last ones. They said that they were going to charge me a fee for missing my appointment, then they charged me 200$ for no reason. DONT GO HERE!!!!!
I spoke to staff about getting paperwork done . I The staff was very kind and understood the frustration that we were feeling. I hope to get help for my Husband's TBI. I look forward to getting to know them better. I'm only sorry about the emotional distress I expressed that I'm going through trying to find real help. I thank them for their patience and understanding. It's been so hard finding help. Praying for real solutions, and peace of mind. No pun intended.
