I've been using a prosthetic for 7+ years. After having difficulties with another prosthetic service I had enough and called Valley Prosthetics. Admittedly I wasn't the best client after everything I went through elsewhere. Zach was understanding and listened to my needs. Our second appointment put me at ease. The whole staff was very professional and caring. Without a doubt the best move I made.
My husband has seen Zach in Wyomissing for several visits. He has needed several adjustments to his lower leg brace and Zach is very patient and takes the time to listen to all of our concerns.He is polite and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this practice for your orthotic needs.
It was my first time going here. Zach was very pleasant with a contiguous smile that put me at ease. He went over the process in detail of me getting the brace, which allowed me to understand the importance of having the brace. I felt very much comfortable at my appointments
