Three months to get a call back to get a primary doctor. And then another month and a half to get an actual appointment. Wild.. who funds this place?
Very INCONSISTENT standard of care there now. Your experience will be very different depending on who you see and what your are seen for. If you are seen for simple issues and everything goes smoothly they are great. If you are seen for more complicated issues and things don't go smoothly expect to get some attitudes, patient blaming and gaslighting. After 2 bad experiences in the last 2 years at 2 different facilities at VRH, it makes me question if there was a change in leadership or they have had a lot of lawsuits recentl... read more
