Between work and a newborn I don’t have time to cook so I figured I would try VMP since it’s right down the street and I am beyond satisfied, the flavor and quality is amazing. I look forward to my lunches each week now :)
The meals are really good and we’ve enjoyed the convenience this provides. We’re moving out of the area but wishing the Valley Prep team continued success!
Just started with Valley Prep and was thoroughly impressed by the meals so far. Definitely far better than Cook Unity or Factor, both of which I have used over the years. Better yet was when I called and spoke to the owner while she was cooking, and she still took the time to answer all my questions and was very cool and down to earth.
Was a.member. went out of town for a couple of weeks so had to cancel. When I returned first thing I did was to reactivate my plan. Very tasty and great for my diet. I am on glp1 meds and have lost weight working out and using valley prep as my diet. I am on the low cal and the calories and amount of protein have worked great with glp1 med to help me achieve my goal. Thanks valley prep Mitch Reed
