I waited way too long to sign up, I’m so glad I finally did. Food is amazing, fresh, well put together & it feels great to finally not have to think about what I’m eating for the day having a busy & demanding schedule. Restaurant quality food. If you’re deciding if you want to sign up or not, it’s worth trying out you won’t be dissatisfied

Between work and a newborn I don’t have time to cook so I figured I would try VMP since it’s right down the street and I am beyond satisfied, the flavor and quality is amazing. I look forward to my lunches each week now :)
The meals are really good and we’ve enjoyed the convenience this provides. We’re moving out of the area but wishing the Valley Prep team continued success!
Just started with Valley Prep and was thoroughly impressed by the meals so far. Definitely far better than Cook Unity or Factor, both of which I have used over the years. Better yet was when I called and spoke to the owner while she was cooking, and she still took the time to answer all my questions and was very cool and down to earth.
