Super impressed, I get a picture of my pool and what was accomplished for that day. Had a pool 20 years and never had this great of an experience. Ricardo is awesome, Mervyn is great also! They never call back. I had them install a heater 3 yrs ago. It broke after 2 years and they tried to tell me it was normal. Kept saying they would repair it before I had my planned party in December (broke in August). Chemicals were always off. I asked them to not clean the filters on the side of the house but they would do it every time and get real rude about it when I would ask them. They never shut the gate right so the gate mechanism broke after a while. They would constantly leave the child gate open and I would have ... read more
