7/8/2022 Update: we were finally able to get someone on the phone to help. We were correct- we had a leak but it was not in the place we suspected. 2 holes were found in the liner by the diver that Valley sent out. We will be getting a new liner. I will update post installation. This is the second time we have used valley for a new pool liner. (Different pools) The first time, we had a leak after the liner was installed. I can tell you why not to choose them. The people they hire do not know how to drive. Truck with valley pools on it flew through stop sign pulling a trailer as I came to other stop sign.
RecommendedWe had a Fiberglass Riviera installed. Valley Pools was great to work with and exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend. Suggestion: If you want a pool for summer start this process in the Fall!
