Very disappointed today! I went over looking for direction for my pool as in if I should keep the same chemical chemicals I have or if I should switch to this other brand. I was waiting on James, which I did not have a problem with that. There were two people in front of me. I spent 45 minutes there without him even acknowledging me and he knew I was there waiting on him.
