As always great knowledge and professional experience
Kyle has been an absolute joy to work with. He helped me understand all of my options available for purchasing a hot tub. He truly educated me on everything that was important for me to take into consideration before making a big purchase. He then educated me on all of the chemicals required to keep my new hot tub in great shape. He is not very knowledgeable, but he is incredibly courteous and professional. It's obvious he must be an immense asset to valley spa and pool.
Marley was wonderful
Employees were very, very, very helpful. They were unloading the truck and had to Locate on the truck, what I needed they said they would call me if I wanted to go shopping when they found it. I couldn’t have been treated nicer. Thank you.
Best pool store in the Pittsburgh area. Always helpful.
