Valley spa did not inform me of the technicians arrival. The staff has no idea what they are doing all they continued to say it’s out of warranty this started the day the spa arrived support staff terrible all I heard was excuses how short of staff they were
Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Would absolutely recommend the Monroeville location for anyone, especially someone who has never had a hot tub or pool. Their approach is much more educational than sales oriented.
The crew was timely and professional. after checking the we're leaks from 3 of the return jets that he could find has to order parts. And said will return when parts arrive and get scheduled for return visit to replace the jets &seals
Service was great, was able to fix problem and had part with him.
