I purchased my hot tub in June 2021 and it’s still as beautiful as the first day. The display panel was the only thing that looked a bit rough. I called Valley Pool & Spa and was extremely impressed by their record keeping, courtesy and professionalism. Jesse immediately found me in the system, placed the order of the new display and the installation was easy. I truly recommend and appreciate this business to anyone who wants reliable products and services.
Scheduled a service call and had to cancel and they refunded my deposit with no issues.
