RecommendedHad a great experience today with Valley Pool. Jason came to the house, diagnosed and fixed our pool motor and pump in less than four hours!!! Significantly less than Leslie Pool too. A HUGE thank you. I highly recommend this company.
Been waiting for a call back for almost two weeks now when I called to check up the lady was like yeah we will call and still have a note of it but still nothing yet when my husband called them they would help him and seemed so helpful then.
Very uneducated workers and don't do the job like they were paid for.
Jason and his crew at Valley Pool and Spa came to rescue at the last minute! They were able to get my sister-in-law's pool looking great! We had a party planned before realizing the pool took a turn for the worse the day before the party! After a late call to Jason, he walked me through what to do that night, then one of his employees came out in the morning to check the pool and clean it up! I would say they have amazing service! ���
Valley Pool made my pool like new. I had tried 2 previous services and always had to put in extra work. One call to Jason and my pool is crystal clear.

This is by far the most awful service I have ever dealt with. I being an extremely dissatisfied customer got irate with them and said a few choice words because my pool is green. The owner or manager cussed me out, I guess that is the new way of doing business these days. Provide shitty service and blame the customer for your inadequacies. They always have an excuse for everything and tell me why I am causing the problem. I hope this business fails as it should.
