This is the worst place to get any type of service for your hot tub or pool. The staff are unprofessional and don’t know what they’re doing. Messed up my hot tub so many times. They refuse to fix what they broke.
Valley pool is a rip off. There prices are to high. One salesman will tell you to use this amount and the next one will tell you something else. They don't support there product. I bought a 300 dollar pool cover it lasted on year I went back to speak with a salesman and he started giving me an attitude. Dumb people
