This review is about a specific front desk interaction, not Dr. Kearl, who has always provided excellent care. My husband called to reschedule an appointment and asked if there was any earlier availability that day. He was told the next opening was in August and that nothing sooner could be offered. When he explained he has a diabetic foot ulcer and needed timely care, the response was dismissive and unprofessional, including a comment implying he was trying to “bump another patient,” which was not his request. I have seen Dr Kearl a few times now and have been really impressed. He is knowledgeable and friendly. His staff were friendly and helpful. As I am somewhat special needs (CP with clubbed foot) he has been a wealth of information. I highly recommend Valley Podiatry to anyone who is looking.
At least 3 times within a six month period my appointments were cancelled and than rebooked weeks later and my callus was in great pain. I don’t recommend this office
