At least 3 times within a six month period my appointments were cancelled and than rebooked weeks later and my callus was in great pain. I don’t recommend this office
I found Dr kearl knowledgeable. However 3 of my appointments were cancelled , to be rebooked at a later date of 1 to 2 more months later. Then to find out my apptm was cancelled once more. I am now unhealed, waiting, having decided to find another podiatrist which is costing me 175$ out of pocket. The clerk was wonderful to deal with. His service/constant cancelation is unacceptable.
Waited almost a month to get appointment. Day of appointment, received a phone call from doctors office cancelling. No real reason, just, the doctor has changed the day. Next appointment 5 weeks from now. Unacceptable performance.
Hold onto your horses folks, because I'm going to write a book. First, Dr. Kearl is a very nice man. He took really good care of my son's feet. HOWEVER, almost every single appointment we made was cancelled and rebooked. If you like planning your life, this makes things difficult. The final straw was with my son's orthotics. We got him fitted, and that was all good. We made a followup appointment, and it was determined that we needed to increase the arch.
