Two guys came to fix our pipes for the kitchen sink and hook up the tap. Pipes were good but we had to ask our neighbour to come over and fix our taps, since we could only get lukewarm water. The taps only turned one way. Not impressed with their work. Will recommend.
I highly recommend Valley Plumbing and Heating. We had a pretty narrow window of time when we needed work done at our cottage and they were incredibly responsive, professional and fast! Excellent customer service and reasonable pricing. We will definitely use them again.
Was initially not happy but a conversation has since happened with the promise of a fix to our problems in the fall. Valley plumbing is wanting to make our family happy customers.
Extremely poor customer service. Claim hot water tank was working yet the electrical wire to it was broken so no way it could have been working for them. No follow up to phone calls. Definitely do not recommend
Our lake intake system had an issue. Wayne was knowledgeable and helpful over the phone to provide some advice. After doing some troubleshooting, Jacob and Bradley arrived at diagnosed the problem. Both were very professional and friendly. Highly recommend......
