I was dispatched to this company through American Home Shield. Issue happened on a Saturday, did not expect a call till Monday but did get a call several hours later to figure out the exact issue and let us know they would be out Monday to fix. Texted a picture of the problem. Was called Monday morning with a 2 hour window. Plumber arrived within window, quickly fixed the problem. Very happy with service.
Valley Plumbing the absolute worst, there should be negative stars for them. Three times they came out to fix a leak under my toilet, the leak was so bad that the flooring had too be replaced 2xs around the toilet, they sent out some cowboy to do that twice both times the floor was left uneven. I suggested they replace the older flange and the toilet bolts were loose from their last visit. If I could give negative stars, I would. This company was assigned by American Home Shield to unclog my shower, and for over a week they never showed up. I kept getting one story from them and a completely different story from AHS. The communication was inconsistent and unprofessional. After multiple delays and excuses, they ultimately did not show up at all. I genuinely don’t understand how they stay in business. Extremely disappointing experience.
Absolutely amazing people came that day in a half hour and really helped me out only plumber to use EVER !!! Thanks guys
