came via warranty company. Late to appt. seemed not knowledgeable. stated they would come back. didnt hear from them for weeks and beyond. found and hired another company which fixed everything and paid out of pocket for large replacement item.

If I could give him a lower score I would. They came out to fix a drip and made it into a flood in my kitchen. When they returned to fix what they did ,they didn’t do anything to problem solve the problem and left without resolving it. I got a new plumber that had it problem solved and fixed within two hours!

To paraphrase, when it leaks it pours. We first called Valley over a month ago and they did a great job. So when a bathroom leak occurred we called again. As in the previous situation they responded quickly and took care of the problem promptly. Thank you Valley

I used this team through AHS and they were fantastic. Quick to respond and very professional at my home. Would absolutely recommend and use them again for any of my plumbing needs.
