I usually don't post reviews. After dealing with the same plumbing service for over 20 years, their company changed hands and it became time to find a new service for plumbing and HVAC. A good friend referred VALLEY to me and said I wouldn't be disappointed. Today was the second time I called them, and my experience was exactly the same as the first when I was a brand new customer. They are responsive, professional, honest, trustworthy, dependable and to top it off.... likable. What else could you possible ask for..... .
Rich and his crew are top notch, professional plumbers. They've helped us many times with various plumbing issues and most recently installed new AC units. There's nobody we would trust more!
Highly recommend. They promptly attended to us. The team is polite, respectful of property, skilled and fixed our water heater with no issues. Very satisfied.
