I awoke to a no heat situation with my furnace. I called Valley, & Elaine responded within an hour. She said that they could get to me today. She texted later that Art was on the way. Art came in, diagnosed the problem, & serviced the furnace. He had excellent knowledge of the unit & explained everything. He emailed me a summary of his work. Very clean & professional!

This is a great business. I had a minor flood due to a malfunction with my dishwasher, and they were able to come out in a timely manner and diagnose issues with my water pressure and shut off valves. Then they followed up with other things that needed to be addressed. Quality work. I will definitely call them again if and when needed.
