Our experience with Valley Plumbing, Heating & Air has been extremely disappointing, though it’s important to say that this situation began with a breakdown in communication during a larger renovation project that involved multiple people coordinating different parts of the work. We had a very great experience with Valley heating and plumbing. From the very beginning the information they provided was above and beyond information most repair tech would give. We had our water heater replaced and could not be happier with the service provided. From Nicole and Michael all the way down the line we felt like they had our best interest in mind. All of the employees were professional, kind and very respectful. Found them to be very responsive when I did have questions or concerns. Would definitely use again.
