Ray is the best. My pipes froze 2 years ago and he was here in 20 minutes on his way home from a long day in Kamloops. Highland Valley Plumbing and Heating always takes care of us in desperate times. Thank you Ray and Michelle.

Went back and forth with warranty (and the company that carried out the work) about an issue with our new build for two years. As soon as Jarvis was called in by warranty, it was resolved within a month.
Love to share this story. Something inspired me to bring it to light. Worked here some years ago. After bagging up several huskies of asbestos not knowing what it was. Having someone in my life who worked for a cleanup company pass by and lose his mind. He called in and forwarded a complaint which lead to the site being shut down. My big mouth telling my coworker.
