**BUYER BEWARE!!!!!** We had used Valley for years and will no longer be using them for anything. Dan sold us a bad unit years ago. The thing had been acting up so we called them out. He sends out his tech Mike. Mike proceeded to tell us how bad this unit is, that it's junk, etc. Not realizing that VALLEY was the one that sold it to us. So we pay Mike $200 to "fix" our unit. He sprays it with the hose. Takes half the lid off. Tests the pressure. Tells us it's fixed. We get home later that evening to the entire unit frozen th... read more

We needed a new furnace (rather immediately) and Valley Plumbing was able to come out and install within a few days. Price was competitive and the technicians were professional and friendly. We also needed them to come back due to an issue unrelated issue to their installation, and they were able to come back within 24 hours. I am very happy with the Valley Plumbing and Heating team.

Recently I had Valley Plumbing and Heating install a new air conditioner. Evan and Luke did a great job, they were on time, explained everything throughly and my older unit outside was smaller so they had to put a new base in for it to sit on. My landscaping looked excellent when they were done. I was pleased with the price as well. I will definitely be a repeat customer. We'll Done!
