We needed a new furnace (rather immediately) and Valley Plumbing was able to come out and install within a few days. Price was competitive and the technicians were professional and friendly. We also needed them to come back due to an issue unrelated issue to their installation, and they were able to come back within 24 hours. I am very happy with the Valley Plumbing and Heating team.

Recently I had Valley Plumbing and Heating install a new air conditioner. Evan and Luke did a great job, they were on time, explained everything throughly and my older unit outside was smaller so they had to put a new base in for it to sit on. My landscaping looked excellent when they were done. I was pleased with the price as well. I will definitely be a repeat customer. We'll Done!

I called Valley Plumbing twice to fix my heat pump that stopped working. I was told twice my unit was old and I needed a new unit from anywhere to 10-15k. Even told me it would be 3k just to fix a part. I called another company to come look at it. The service man came out once to diagnose it and two days to get the part in all for less than $500. Would never recommend this company.
