No water at my mom's old house. They fixed it right up. Now I have water in the winter!
I will never be contacting or recommending Valley for any reason moving forward. They are incredibly unprofessional and have zero accountability. Our furnace is relatively new, installed less than two years ago with a large Valley sticker directly on it. I’ve only lived in this home a year, and used the furnace for one season. 0 stars if I could. We had a warrantied tank through Valley which they refused to replace without paying their astronomical installation fee of over $600 for two guys at over 3 hours. Even the manufacturer was upset and confused they wouldn’t provide the tank to us. Which they get a rebate for. Which was never mentioned was necessary on their end upon them originally saying it would be replaced. The tank itself is 389$ at lowe’s alone. **BUYER BEWARE!!!!!** We had used Valley for years and will no longer be using them for anything. Dan sold us a bad unit years ago. The thing had been acting up so we called them out. He sends out his tech Mike. Mike proceeded to tell us how bad this unit is, that it's junk, etc. Not realizing that VALLEY was the one that sold it to us. So we pay Mike $200 to "fix" our unit.
