I want to thank all involved with the problems at my house recently. They really do take care of their customers.Also a big Thank u to Dennis for personally solving them.
Had them come out and put in a boiler and 2 radiators. My son's radiator they put in a foot away from the wall instead of taking the time to put it up against the wall, and his closet door doesn't open the whole way. I complained about it and they didn't fix it. A year later, I was having issues with a valve they put in shooting water out, called and guy told me to put a brass plug in it and move on. Bought the plug and put it in, water then started coming out of the overflow valve. Had another company come out and the cost ... read more
They lied about my quote and doubled its cost. I had to dig the ditch myself that was supposed to cut the costs. Didn’t give me a bill in person when i asked for it.
I needed a furnace and AC replaced. Installation was quick and friendly, so I was pleased. A few months later one of the lag bolts that they installed to hold the AC unit pulled out of the brick. I called to ask them to fix it, expecting they would do that at their expense because properly installed bolts aren’t supposed to pull out of the wall. They replied that they would only repair it if I paid for the repair. Disappointing!
No water at my mom's old house. They fixed it right up. Now I have water in the winter!
