Had them come out and put in a boiler and 2 radiators. My son's radiator they put in a foot away from the wall instead of taking the time to put it up against the wall, and his closet door doesn't open the whole way. I complained about it and they didn't fix it. A year later, I was having issues with a valve they put in shooting water out, called and guy told me to put a brass plug in it and move on. They lied about my quote and doubled its cost. I had to dig the ditch myself that was supposed to cut the costs. Didn’t give me a bill in person when i asked for it.
I needed a furnace and AC replaced. Installation was quick and friendly, so I was pleased. A few months later one of the lag bolts that they installed to hold the AC unit pulled out of the brick. I called to ask them to fix it, expecting they would do that at their expense because properly installed bolts aren’t supposed to pull out of the wall. They replied that they would only repair it if I paid for the repair. Disappointing!
No water at my mom's old house. They fixed it right up. Now I have water in the winter!
I will never be contacting or recommending Valley for any reason moving forward. They are incredibly unprofessional and have zero accountability. Our furnace is relatively new, installed less than two years ago with a large Valley sticker directly on it. I’ve only lived in this home a year, and used the furnace for one season. This year, the furnace is not functioning. It is below freezing at night, and my home is older (no insulation).
