We recently had a bathroom remodel completed and Valley Plumbing installed new shower unit that included a shower head and a hand held unit. My wife purchased the unit from a local plumbing wholesaler and it was still in the box. Valley was hired by our contractor to install the unit and did so. Valley plumbing came to our rescue once again, about two months ago we had a leak in our second story house, I called in the morning and they were there by early afternoon and saved us. Another leak and they were the next day, I can't thank your company enough for always being there for us
Very good interaction with their electricians. they remained engaged with communication prior to their arrival for predetermining and troubleshooting my symptoms. When their team arrived, the quickly identified the exact issues and kept me informed of the best course of action for repairing the discrepancies. My only issue was having to wait a few weeks for their team to arrive.
I recently had Valley Plumbing out to bid a pretty big plumbing project and as part of the bidding process we needed to figure out where a septic drain terminated. The plumbing manager suggested we scope it to help locate the termination underground. I never received any pricing/quote for the scope and half figured it would be free considering it was needed to accurately bid the job plus took all of 10 minutes to complete due to how short the run was. We had two techs work on a water leak in our crawlspace. They replaced a three piece section of copper both rendering it easier to work on and conquering the leak. They left the space as tidy as they found it. Pricing: we were very satisfied with their work and found their pricing very reasonable. We will absolutely call them for any future upgrades and repairs.
