They mixed up my water softener lines so it went to our drinking water, but they quickly fixed the problem and refunded the money. Dallin was a pleasure to work with. Very humble, helpful, and hardworking. I would hire him again despite the mistake.

They came and said my soft water lines were backwards and said they would fix it for $250 (15 minute job) and I agreed because they also fixed a couple other small things. However, the water has a foul smell and tastes awful. I bought a soft water test kit and found out their fix actually caused the problem they told us we already had. It was correct before. The tech was nice and good service so I gave an extra star, but the water had made us feel sick for a little over a week now, so we aren’t too thrilled

Jackson was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained the services clearly before work began and gave us a very fair estimate. He then introduced Kaiden and Demetrius whom he put to work immediately. They worked long hours over multiple days with great attitudes and respect for the homeowners. Final product was exceptional.
