I don't usually leave reviews, but I don’t want anyone looking for an optometrist to go here. Despite being a patient for over 12 years, there has been a significant decline in the quality of service here. Michael, the optometrist, consistently overlooked issues and dismissed concerns without proper attention. My family members experienced serious eye problems that went unnoticed until they went elsewhere. I had been to this optometrist for years but the last pair of glasses were terrible. When I brought this to their attention they kept the glasses for two weeks and then called me to collect. The glasses were still the same with no improvement left lens is unusable with blurry spots. I will not be back. As to the below response. No mistake made team Michael Jackson. No Confusion either.
Both reception lady and optometrist very rude and quite unfriendly. You get that feeling as soon as you walk in there. Michael talks too much and he thinks know it all type of person. He was trying to convince me (being really pushy) to try his lenses on my really young daughter who is short sighted and not to believe my doctor (one of the most known paediatric eye surgeon in Sydney). From the first greeting as I entered the store until I left after collecting my glasses, nothing but exceptional service and good products. All staff (Nez & Lilly)including optometrist Michael and Maria were very professional with all the latest technologies. Honesty at the highest level. Not to just make a sale and send you off.
