I want to write a review for Dr Matthew Cheng. I have just undergone a second operation on my left ear to deal with a carcinoma. After the first operation tests showed that I was still outside the cancer margins, and I needed a second operation. Dr Matthew was made aware that my original surgeon (Dr Luke Watson) was away overseas on holidays. The building itself is representative of the doctors and service in this place. Alluring facade and a commercial, insipid interior. If you're not a vapid consumer of elective surgeries, you will find the doctors couldn't care less about your injury or struggles in life. Don't bother trying to call after 4, don't bother trying to get a doctor to change a certificate. Why bother even going here at all?
From the receptionist staff, the nurses and Dr. Saylor herself - VPS are just phenomenal. Completely accommodating to all my needs, and regularly contacting me to verify and confirm how I'm feeling. Not to mention, it's only been a week since I've had top surgery and already the results are amazing. I'd be happy to recommend VPS to anyone who asked.
