Staff was friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. They listened to my description of where the pain was and was eager to set up a treatment plan to mitigate the pain. Facility was clean and organized. Patient care was a priority concern for them.
My first appointment and therapy session was absolutely amazing. Fast and Friendly Staff, Chiropractor was very informative and highly attentive to my needs and questions. I definitely am receiving above and beyond treatment. I can't wait to go back next week. My back and neck feel less tense and relaxed today. Great staff, From The receptionist, Riley To Connie the Docs assistant, to Doc Culliton. Been to numerous Chiropractors, and this is my best overall experience. Can not recommend them enough.
I’ve accompanied my husband to appointments at Valley Physical Medicine for several years. He has always gotten excellent care. Yesterday was MY first day as a patient. I was there for a Stem Wave consultation. I’m excited about my results so far. My pain has not been eliminated, but with only one treatment I can sure tell a difference!
First time using valley physical and I already scheduled my second appointment. The whole process from start to finish was exceptional. I felt like I got v.i.p. treatment! My back feels great after just one session. I want to give a big thank you to the crew at this location.
