I would actually give it a zero. Some of the people at the desk are nice, but the pharmacist is impatient, rude, and doesn't care one bit about his customers. I came in on a new insurance plan, and he impatiently asserted that he didn't have enough information to go on, didn't bother to look at me or use any customer relation skills whatsoever.
