A wonderful, caring and professional office. I am a dental hygienist who has some periodontal problems and this doctor and staff are the BEST!
I had a frenectomy done and was very nervous going into the procedure, but the periodontist did an amazing job. She was gentle, professional, and made me feel safe the entire time. Everything went smoothly and the results are great. A special thank you to the assistant Monika - she was absolutely wonderful, kind, and reassuring, which made a big difference for me. The hygienist Jeannette was also great and very caring. Highly recommend this office!
Love this office! Dr Grosso is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and skilled. Her team has been great to work with and are so helpful! I highly recommend this office to everyone!
While the office is lovely and the doctor was very nice, I was very disappointed in the experience I had. I went online to my dental insurance company prior to booking an appointment and found Dr. Grosso listed so I booked an appointment. At the end of the appointment, I was asked to pay up front for the visit and then wait for reimbursement from my insurance. It turns out that the doctor is NOT in network with my insurance or any other for that matter despite being listed as an in network provider. I wish I knew before goin... read more
Dr. Grosso and her team are incredible! She fixed a graft issue that my previous dentist screwed up (thus delaying my implant by almost 2 years because the graft he did TWICE didn't work at all). Dr. Grosso had to take the old bone graft out (because it was infected and wasn't healing properly) and re-do everything from scratch. The procedure was extremely smooth, and in general, it was a great experience considering how serious the issue was initially and how everything needed to be redone.
