I'm a prior resident of VPE - if I could give 0 Stars, I would, just for Management. Jose Pastrana, the Property Manager seems to prioritize his own financial gain over the well-being of residents. He wears multiple hats, which bring him excessive financial gain from being the property manager of this complex. The level of professionalism is lacking, and it’s clear that transparency and fair treatment are not part of his approach. His management/ethics practices are atrocious. Great neighborhood to raise your kids maintenance is on top of things. If they miss few things here and there just call management and they will see it through. Could use more amenities like playground, or community room but other than that good place to live. Jose is the man.
We were told recently that they don't move furniture. But yet around 1220 pm witnessed ricar d o a n d another maintenance moving furniture probably to discard. So you have be friends of the boss to get things over looked ru l es don't apply to friends of the boss and they have problem comprehending english
