Although the location is not bad, I am not pleased with anything else the condo has to offer. I really should've looked into this place more thoroughly. I hear my neighbors dogs barking all the time, it smells like dog urine, parking is not the greatest and I could almost swear that the new dings in my brand new car are from parking here on site. I'm looking for a new place and am not sure how I am going to get out of this one, so wish me luck. Valley Park Condos are not recommended by me.
