I have been living at Valley Park Apartments for almost a year now and I have nothing but great things to say about this place. The are is quiet, the buildings are kept clean, Lela the property manager is nice and responsive to any concerns. Overall great place to live!
This is my honest review I’ve been with valley park for a few months now . I only had a few issues with my first unit but I transferred to a new unit and I love love love it . Ms Lela is a very sweet person and also understanding. And oh by the the the moving process was very easy I had no issues or problems like I said before Ms Lela is awesome I’m happy that I can call valley park apt my new home I’m very pleased thank you .
Lela is the The most amazing property manager I've Ever met or experienced!! She is amazing at what she do and always promptly responds to me if there's anything I have questions about! The neighborhood and neighbors are pretty amazing and I'm the happiest I've ever been staying here! Forever grateful
I have no thermostat controls.I've had no good interactions with francesca. The rent keeps going up. NO AMENITIES NO GYM NO POOL. I was promised a gym when I moved in 2 years later nothing. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE.
