Krystina has been so helpful with all the changes happening. Also very quick with my work orders which is a breath of fresh air!
I was concerned when new property management took over but I've actually been pleasantly surprised at how great the new property manager has been. She always makes me and my partner feel heard when we have an issue and I can tell she's trying to take steps to make this place a better place.
I have been living here for almost two years and I have never had any complaints because every issue that was reported used to be resolved professionally and with kindness. Leyla was the best manager. She handled and resolved issues whenever possible and kept the building clean both outside and inside. I am very disappointed with the new company and with the current management. I had a problem they have no security cameras on certain properties with a parking lot I live in f building in my car windows have been busted out twice in one month in November I talk to management and said that corporate has nothing to do with making it safer and this issue has not been resolved and not safer I even had to buy my own security camera just to keep an eye on my car and notice a lot of activity that goes on in this parking lot and brought it to the attention of management and nothing was done now we have new m... read more
