I’ll say when I first moved into valley park I was a little skeptical, nothing was taken care of in my first year here but the current management they have has been on top of everything and making progress to make changes around here. For the management alone I give 5 stars.
I have lived at Valley Park Apts, Sioux city, IA for 17 years & very happy here. The office people are reachable and helpful, the Maintenance guys Mike & Chris are very efficient, hardworking, friendly, prompt. Thanks. Marianne
Bree we just want to show our appreciation over here in building 27. We have been trying to get hot water in our laundry room for a while now and you made it happen in a really short amount of time! Our whites are visibly more white and more clean, so thank you again.
