Tony was knowledgeable and efficient. He corrected previously poorly installed lag bolts by a competitor company in the ceiling fastener on one side, saying their numbers and length was insufficient for the weight the fastener had to support. Additionally, he replaced a section of railing that was impinging on the the smooth movement of the rollers, reattached a loose wire on one optical sensor, lubricated all moving parts and assessed for wear.
