I came to here for leg pain and limping from a muscular disease and needed an AFO brace. I don’t know why I didn’t do this sooner! Sal and Cody walked me through the whole process of making a custom brace and the many adjustments needed to get the perfect fit. I’m walking so much better and don’t need to rely on my crutches constantly. The limping and the constant leg pain I’ve had for years is almost gone! I recently visited this Winchester location as a non local (staying with family from Winchester but I live in Roanoke/Christiansburg area). I saw Cody Dean, and he was 100% attentive, focused, kind, and empathetic. He walked me through the proper way to fit a knee brace and gave me tips and tricks which have been extremely helpful. I am very grateful for your time-especially when I’ve been going through a tough past 5 weeks. Thank you so much!

I had my first appointment today for diabetic shoes and orthotics. And it was a world of a difference to the experience I had at a previous company! I was heard and my concerns about my foot were taken into consideration. I was hugely impressed that they did all the work there at the location. I could hear a sewing machine doing stitching from the lobby. That means if you have a problem with something, most likely they can fix it on the spot! Not send it out and you wait forever for it.
