I had my wisdom teeth out. Dr. Meador failed to inform me of the possible side effects of my choice of sedation and the surgery was an incredibly traumatic experience for me, made worse by Dr. Meador's impatience and complete lack of compassion towards me. The lady working the front desk appeared incompetent and the fee she charged for my surgery was incorrect. I was late to my follow up appointment and had to reschedule, which was a nightmare. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed. We were treated with kindness and great care. Dr. Meador and staff were wonderful.
Had my wisdom teeth pulled. The office staff is rude, and has a condescending attitude. Not one wore a name tag, (I wonder why), and we never observed hand washing before or after checking on me. The nurses are lacking in etiquette, skills and intelligence. We have already cancelled our return check up visit since seeing them would pretty much ruin our day.
Dr. Meador and Staff are the greatest!! I had to be worked in but it was done and that's all that matter. Not only but his professionalize and assistance comfort me. I recommend Dr. Meador to anyone that is having problems with teeth.
