Not a good experience going here. The paperwork that is given to you to fill out is confusing and redundant. The front desk lady asks you all these questions that are already on the paperwork you just filled out. Then she gets annoyed when she asks for your social and I ask for a peace of paper to write it down on.. I guess she's expecting you to just blurt it out when there are other people in the office? What happend to privacy laws and HIPPA??

Dr. KOTCHICK Amazing doctor. I went for a consult great doctor someone I can trust. I went there from a referral for my child's orthodontist. So first I made an appointment with the meanest receptionist I ever had to deal. just plain mean this was my first red flag. Made an appointment then it got canceled 2nd red flag with one hour notice. Ok made another appointment finally got in the door this took a total of 2 months. I went for a consult. I had an abscess develop last night, called them today since it’s close to home, they were able to get me in right away for an emergency extraction. Chardonnay whom took my call was very professional and made a point to get me in without an appointment.Dr. GIALLORENZI was very professional and understanding of my situation. They took their time to make sure I wasn’t experiencing any pain during the procedure. I highly recommend this Dental office.
