Updated!! !Apparently, you cannot leave Dr. Olennikov a bad review because she will send you a registered letter informing you are no longer a client. Instead of contacting me and trying to make it right, I was dismissed. What a joke. Stay far away from this place!! Obscenely expensive. I have worn glasses and contacts for 30 years and never paid so much money for an exam. The exam with some cheap frames was over $500. I believe they wanted another $200 for a contact exam. 100% do not recommend. Glasses exam and contact exam, charged my insurance $300+ and then my portion was $250. Excessive for simple eye exams. Took over 2 weeks for my trial lenses to arrive, then was not allowed to pick them up without another “fitting” exam by the Dr. I’ve been wearing contacts for 25+ years and have never experienced such an overpriced hassle with getting eye care.
Great experience—went in not knowing what to expect. A very thorough, and technical experience. Staff took plenty of time for explanation. I will be going back!
