I had to cancel my new patient appointment at Valley Optometry after doing some thorough research into how the visit would be billed. I foolishly went here looking to purchase multiple pairs of eyeglasses. I showed them my insurance card which is clearly labeled Vision across the top. The redheaded person behind the counter rudely goes, "That's medical insurance we don't take it." This proceeds into a very disturbing exchange where eveything I said or asked was met with a VERY rude reply. She wouldn't even check if the plan was accepted there. I thanked them and left.
