Had an appointment today and I must say this is an efficiently run office with friendly staff. Especially like the in-house office manager.

Dr. Griffith and Dr. Rupert are amazing and so friendly and knowledgeable!
The doctor and examinations staff where very friendly, the front office staff that checks patience in and out need to be fired, they do not have a clue what customer service is about. The Dr asked them to make an appointment with The Dr at the Meadville office, send all the test results to them I completed that day. These folks did not do anything the Dr told them. All they did was refer me to the Meadville office and I would be starting as a new patient up there and have to do all the testing I just when through again. Thes... read more
Highly recommend. Highly knowledgeable, thoughtful, thorough. Doctors and staff are great. I had cataract surgery. Both successful. Fine experience.
