We have a service contract with these guys. Pete came out and did an awesome job. I'm super happy with his service. He's incredibly thorough and knowledgeable and took our oil furnace that was constantly giving off bad fumes, tuned it up, and it's burning really clean now. He's super nice and professional also. Being new to the area we chose Valley Oil for our delivery and service. From the start the staff was super friendly and very responsive, from setting up our account, initial tank and furnace inspection to our first scheduled maintenance service. They treat you as a valued member of the family.
Attention Dawn & Kevin (owners of Valley Oil) This morning I had the pleasure of having serviceman Pete perform annual maintenance on my furnace. He showed the utmost in professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. There was an extreme accumulation of soot that needed to be thoroughly cleaned out of the furnace. He ended up spending 3 hours to do the job correctly and clearly takes great pride in his work. Pete is an enormous asset to your company. Bravo Valley Oil! Customer for life!!
Valley Oil have been servicing my boilers and AC for a few years (and supplying heating oil). Their team has always been great to work with. They've even advised us not to replace old but functioning units which have more life in them. It's great to work with a company that offers honest advice and does such good work.
Had Valley Oil install a new Boiler. On day one it would not shut off and it was leaking from a few spots. I called them back. They had a "new guy" do the installation. They did come back fixed the issue. Now There is a leak in what appears to be from a poorly sealed threaded pipe. I called them back again. This time I was told it is not covered under warranty.
