We are very pleased with Valley's expertise, commitment to providing excellent customer service and quality office products. What ever questions we had, they are always quick to get back with an answer and when we had a problem with a machine, they replaced it within hours. Their customer support staff is excellent at getting the best possible deals on contracts.
We have used both Valley and Yost over the years. Yost is a much better value as well as having better customer service. Valley charged for every little thing, while Yost went out of their way to keep extra cartridges on site.
