It's been 5 months since we buried my mom and they have still not engraved her death date, despite it being paid(by her!) in full over a year before she died. I've called several times and they pass me off to different people who are not patient or kind.They are short, curt and pass off the 'fault' to the engraver who quit, etc..full of excuses but not willing to take responsibility. So disappointing
