I have only been going to the Valley MultiCare Ob/Gyn for a few months, but I just have to say I am so impressed by the level of service and care that I have experienced. I have suspected endometriosis and was having some major flare ups and saw Dr. Trotter for the first time back in March. Dr. Hilton is wonderful. This was my second visit with him for a well woman exam. He is very kind, informative and knowledgeable. I appreciate him asking me questions, and his willingness to openly discuss concerns with me to get to know my personal values. I am grateful that I did not feel rushed and felt cared for. I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding Dr Hilton. He’s extremely condescending and rude. When talking with him about concerns around maintaining pelvic structure after a hysterectomy he laughed at me and told me it’s no different than taking a poop. And when I declined hormonal options he asked if it was because I would kill people. He also took the time to argue with me regarding the treatment plan set out by my hematologist, and disagree with me needing any kind of treatment. I came here when I had our first child in 2024. My doctor that delivered him was Dr. Joy, she was amazing and has since then retired. However I still come here and I see Alex Trotter. Alex is so kind and makes you feel comfortable so I was never afraid to ask questions or come to her with concerns. She’s been very helpful and I always feel well taken care of whenever I leave an appointment. I’ve used the app to send her messages when need be and she has always been very responsive as well.
