I came here when I had our first child in 2024. My doctor that delivered him was Dr. Joy, she was amazing and has since then retired. However I still come here and I see Alex Trotter. Alex is so kind and makes you feel comfortable so I was never afraid to ask questions or come to her with concerns. She’s been very helpful and I always feel well taken care of whenever I leave an appointment. I’ve used the app to send her messages when need be and she has always been very responsive as well.
Best experience compared to my last pregnancy down town. I highly recommend Venessa. She very polite, respectful & answers any of your concerns with out judgement. She really wants what’s best for you & your baby. No rush just comfort care and listings ears. She took her time to share all about the clinic & the hospital you will delver at. She made my anxiety and stress calm down & she also loves her job. Like you should.
My appointment was at 1130am, almost an hour later and I still haven't even seen a room yet.
I am a first time mom and no experience with anything related to OB/GYN. A friend recommended a specific provider to their clinic (Spokane Valley OBGYN). At first the experience the first couple months was going well! Then ultimately turn into an absolute nightmare of an experience. I have been a patient here for almost 2 years. I had my daughter through this office with Dr. Joy before she retired. I've seen multiple PA's and Dr. Brown as well who was very knowledgeable and kind. All of this to say, I'm not sure if the recent buy out from Multicare has led to poor quality service or what but I will be switching to a new OBGYN.
