Dr Nance is a fantastic, kind and empathetic OB. If you don’t call and book an appt the week you find out you’re pregnant you will not be able to get in.
Zero stars for staff treating a previous patient with contempt. I was refused service and my pregnancy’s first appointment abruptly cancelled 20 minutes after the receptionist had been so sweet to me earlier. Completely different tone when the chart showed I had transferred providers away from Dr Nance Sr mid-pregnancy almost a decade ago. Who knew that advocating for my care and getting the best fit for my high risk pregnancy elsewhere all those years ago would get me BLACKLISTED from this practice forever? We love Dr. Nance and his staff! Everyone is so kind and friendly! We recommend them to everyone we know! They’re easy to schedule with, they are quick and on time, and they are personable!
Dr Nance is the best!! He’s extremely patient and understanding, takes the time to listen to any of your concerns, and answers any and every question you may have. I cannot recommend Dr Nance highly enough!!!
The office staff here were incredibly rude during a very hard time. We heard wonderful things about Dr Nance and was excited to meet him but never was able to get in because of the office staff. After an ER visit and days of pain, the receptionist on the phone had no sympathy and gave no helpful information on how to follow up during a difficult and sensitive time. It was disappointing to not be treated with respect and care when needed.
