The medical assistant, Kristina, was incredibly kind and friendly and set the tone for the visit as overwhelmingly positive. Alex Trotter was amazing! My last OB clinic was highly recommended and nationally ranked, but my visit with Alex made me feel more comfortable and safe than I’ve ever felt. I didn’t have to enter everything from my medical hx for this office’s first visit like I’ve had to do with some other ones on a first visit. Maybe they are on the same medical records program a lot of physician groups are on. I don’t know. Every one was pleasant, explained everything that I was going to have done related to the referral sent. I’m just waiting for notification of the results of a procedure that was done.
Got scheduled quickly, front desk was professional and kind. Medical staff and providers were welcoming, knowledgeable and I felt very well taken care of. Thank you!
