It was a meet, and ask pertinent questions about care I could/could not receive under the ARNP. Although I found her easy to relate to, and pleasant, I needed a provider who could prescribe generic liothyronine, and continued pHRT. Since she couldn't fit that model, we mutually decided we weren't a good fit. Ever since they became Rockwood Multicare, things have gone downhill. It's impossible to get an appointment, and they will cancel your appointment which was booked months in advance. Just today, I drove an hour to my appointment, but was told it was canceled, as I stood there at reception. They said they "called and left a message." There was no call. There was no message.
