Would not return. Super unfriendly, unprofessional place. It’s dirty… I love dogs but honestly this place is just gross laziness.
I really enjoyed getting my haircut done today I love how friendly and kind the staff arestay forever golden lady's
So they say the the haircut includes wash, cut, and styling. Yea nope. She washed and cut my hair, dried it half way and said no time to styling. Yet, charged me the same price saying that I need to tell them thay I have lots of hair so they can book me for more than an hour. Very poor service. It is your job to ask clients those type of questions. No wonder why they have lots of available appointments. Never going back again.
My wife had one of the worst experiences at this salon, and not just because of the terrible customer service. The atmosphere was uncomfortable from the moment she walked in. The staff were cold, dismissive, and made zero effort to make her feel welcome. But what really shocked her were the loud, unsolicited political rants happening between employees — all far-right, conspiratorial, and completely inappropriate for a professional setting.
