I do not give bad reviews. However, I feel this justified. Boulder City Astrana office receptionist Janell L. is less than stellar. She doesn’t seem to comprehend questions. I faxed her important test results. She misplaced them more than once. Gives off cold vibes. I don’t believe than she is suitable to be the first line of contact in this office. Efficient doctor/staff/app. But if you ever need to call hoping to get a live person on the phone… good luck with that. So frustrating.
I used to rate Medical Students, Medical Professionals and Nursing Students on their performance and expertise. I also had to provide my ratings through trained feedback. Everyone at the Office from the Medical Assistants and Receptionist are there to help. They actually answer the phone and messages are relayed and taken care of very promptly.
