I love the attention and care I am getting at Astrana Care in Boulder City. Dr. Acosta Owens is thorough, caring and so on top of every health issue and concern I have. Heather and Darlene are great too. I HATE the telephone system that you can’t call directly to the office. By the time I get past AI and she sends me to the next customer service representative I can drive and be at the office. They understand my needs. I don’t even bother going through the process of calling. I drive there they take care of all my needs.
I established primary care with Astrana Care since it was local location in my hometown of Southern Nevada. I met with doctor for approximately 30-40 min. He went over my health information with me regarding my established care that I have here in Southern Nevada. We made a plan to get labs and a F/U in one month to go over everything. The front office staff and nurse were very nice and thorough. Very happy with my new medical provider.
