Everyone at the Office from the Medical Assistants and Receptionist are there to help. They actually answer the phone and messages are relayed and taken care of very promptly. I really liked my visit with Shane. He was very informative about visits and what can and can't be discussed at certain appointments. He is a very thorough and informative physician. The staff is all friendly.
