Very unprofessional from my very first phone call. They let you know that they are "too busy" or "short staffed" and cannot help you right from the start but when you go into the office you will hear the women behind the front desk gossiping and carrying on about everything and NOT working. It takes some people a LOT to reach out and ask for "help" and they are very discouraging and genuinely do not want to help you.
