They could use another clinic in Visalia, maybe the city should help with that

Definitely don't take your animals there. I took my dog and they made him suffer for a long time because of a vaccine and in the end they didn't want to give it. I went somewhere else and they didn't take more than 2 minutes. They only traumatize animals!
